​Please enter the players' information and indicate whether the school covers the registration fee. If you need an invoice for the registration fees, please specify. Also, please indicate if parents will pay for the membership on the event day.

Parents and schools can purchase FSCL memberships at a discounted rate of $20. This includes the new or renewed USCF ID for a period of one year.

Coaches, please indicate whether the parents will pay on the day of the tournament or if the school will cover the cost.​​
