Welcome to the Florida Scholastic Chess League (FSCL). First let me take this opportunity to express my gratitude to everyone involved in making this year's SUPERSTATE VII a successful championship. It has been hard for us to plan these events with the all economic problems and schools budget situations, but we made it!

Our team put forth a tremendous effort to make this possible and it was, and always will be, worth all the hard work.  

I would like to congratulate all the chess players and School Team winners!
Also, I would like to give a special thanks to all of the parents, teachers, sponsors, and coaches that were involved in bringing participants to all the FSCL events.  
Your cooperation is instrumental in order to have a well organized and successful event and together we will have a wonderful year.
