Enclosed you will find the 2011-2012 FSCL School Membership Application as well as the 2012 Florida SuperState IX Scholastic Championship entry form for team & individual.
Please complete the FSCL School Membership Application and mail to the address given. This form is required from each school that seeks to have its students participate in FSCL tournaments as a school team. The additional forms are specifically for the upcoming 2012 Florida SuperState IX Scholastic Chess Championship scheduled for March 2-4, 2012 in Miami. We are very hopeful that your school will participate.
